Warranty

The warranty for all iForway portable solar generator/power packs is 6 months and for iForway solar panels it is 1 year. 

 
Warranty exception on all Open Box product. Open Box product warranty is 6 months.

Returns

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your gear – no hassle returns. This only applies to product purchased directly from iForway. For all other purchases, please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased from directly and follow their return policy.

Please note, 30-Day money back guarantee not applicable on open box products. All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

For returns for all product except Lithium:

Step #1:
Contact our Customer Service and Support Team at:

Please be prepared with the proof of purchase.

Step #2:
Support Team will determine what further action is required they will give you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with prepaid return shipping label (label to be determined by support team). You must properly package the product, clearly marking the RMA number on the package include your proof of purchase date with the product.

Step #3:
Send the product by mail or courier to:

Step #4: We will process your return and issue you a refund in 5-7 business days after receipt of product.

For returns for iForway Portable Solar Generator Lithium Product:

Warranty issues and returns for iForway Lithium Portable solar generator will be handled through our Customer Solutions Center in China, in conjunction with a third-party shipping company. Please note returns of the iForway portable solar generator Lithium products can take longer to execute when you do not have possession of the original packaging and packing materials. Do not attempt to ship the iForway portable solar generator without obtaining proper labels and documentation from the third-party shipping company.
